Custom Single Dwelling in Nambeelup, WA. In collaboration with James Martin Designs for DA approval. Construction features a limestone block exterior wall with limestone block chimney. The roof has a polycarbonate transparent feature. As per WA construction standards, the ground is filled with sand for about 900mm high with a 100mm concrete reinforced slab. Strip footing is usually applied and in this case limestone blocks retain the fill.

Delta House on Corner Lot – 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 living rooms, 2 car parking spaces.

Twinmotion demo Beta House
First time trying out Twinmotion to compare with Lumion. A lot of similar functionalities. The main draw for twinmotion currently is the VR capability which I have not tested yet.

Alpha House
Personal residential project using Archicad 24 and Lumion 11.5. Alpha House is a small form-factor single storey house with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a double garage. The house is split level as the site slopes from back to front. The external walls are reverse brick veneer with insulation on the outside and the roof is colorbond sheet metal with sarking and insulation underneath. Windows will be double glazed and the rooms are orientated for best solar access from the North.
